Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the US.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days after placing your order. This includes 3 business days for production and 2-7 business days for shipping.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently only ship within the US. We're hoping to expand soon, so keep an eye out for updates!

Q: Can you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
A: Yes, you can change your shipping address within one hour of placing your order. Please contact us at support@artsywall.com as soon as possible with your order number and updated address.

Q: What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
A: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: To start a return, please send an email to support@artsywall.com for return address and instructions.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not provide prepaid labels.

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: No, there is no restocking fee for returns.

Q: What if my order arrived damaged?
A: If your order arrived damaged, please contact us immediately at support@artsywall.com so we can assist you.

Refunds

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  

Q: What if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days?
A: If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at support@artsywall.com.
