Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the US.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our standard delivery time is 3-7 business days after placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the US.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
Yes, you can change your shipping address within one hour of placing your order. Please contact us at support@artsywall.com as soon as possible with your order number and updated address.
What if my package is lost?
If your package has not arrived, contact us at support@artsywall.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will track it with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if it is lost.
Damage and returns
What if my print arrives damaged or defective?
Email support@artsywall.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the whole print, a close-up of the damage, and a photo of the shipping box. We will reprint it or refund your order, at our choice. You do not need to send the print back.
What counts as damage or a defect?
A cracked, broken or dented frame; a torn, punctured or creased canvas or paper; print flaws such as smudges, streaks, scratches or a misaligned image; or the wrong artwork, size or frame compared with your order. Small color differences between your screen and the print, and natural variation in wood grain or canvas texture, are not defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your print for any other reason, you can return it in its original condition, with its packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How do I start a return?
Email support@artsywall.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
What if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days?
If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@artsywall.com.
Formats and frames
What product formats do you offer?
Standard prints come as gallery-wrapped canvas, framed canvas or fine art paper. Panoramic prints come as gallery-wrapped or framed canvas only. Our canvas vs framed canvas vs fine art paper guide compares them.
What is a floater frame?
A floater frame is a wood frame that leaves a small gap around the stretched canvas edge. This gives the artwork the look of floating inside the frame.
What frame colors do you offer?
Standard framed canvas prints come in Black, White, Silver, Gold, Oak, and Walnut. Panoramic framed canvas prints come only in Black, Oak, and Walnut.
What hanging hardware comes with each format?
Gallery-wrapped canvas arrives with a pre-installed sawtooth hanger. Framed canvas arrives with a pre-installed hanging wire. Fine art paper prints arrive unframed and rolled in a tube.
Is there glass on the framed canvas prints?
No, our framed canvas prints do not have glass. Prints come with a standard semi-gloss finish, and a matte finish is available upon request.
Sizes
What print sizes are available?
Each standard artwork comes in one of two size sets that match its shape: 11x14, 12x16, 18x24, 24x32 and 30x40 inches for 3:4 artworks, or 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 24x36 and 28x42 inches for 2:3 artworks. Panoramic prints come in 8x24, 12x36, 16x48 and 20x60 inches.
Does the listed size include the frame?
No, the listed size is the artwork print size. Adding a wood floater frame increases the outer dimensions slightly.
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
Measure your wall and furniture before choosing a size. You can review sizing guidelines and layout suggestions in our wall art size guide.
How does orientation work with listed sizes?
Our size options list the short side first. The original artwork format determines whether the print hangs vertically as a portrait or horizontally as a landscape.
Printing and materials
What is a giclee print?
A giclee print is a fine art reproduction made on a high-resolution inkjet printer using archival inks. Learn more in our article explaining what a giclee print is.
What inks and substrates do you use for canvas prints?
We print on thick, acid-free, pH-neutral canvas using calibrated eco-solvent inks. The canvas is stretched over solid wood bars with rounded edges to prevent warping.
What paper do you use for fine art paper prints?
We use acid-free 340 gsm, 100% cotton rag paper with a textured matte finish. These prints are produced with aqueous pigment inks on calibrated Canon printers.
How long will the prints resist fading?
Both our canvas prints and fine art paper prints offer fade resistance for over 100 years.
Hanging and care
How high should I hang my artwork?
A common rule of thumb is to place the center of the art 57 to 60 inches from the floor. Read our guide on how high to hang art for details.
How do I clean a canvas print?

How should I handle a fine art paper print?
Paper prints ship rolled in a sturdy mailing tube. Handle the paper by the edges with clean, dry hands until it is placed in your custom frame.

Are these original paintings?
No, these are giclee reproductions of historical paintings. They are not original works, and they are not signed, numbered, or sold as limited editions.
Who painted the original works?
Each print reproduces a painting by the artist named on its product page. You can browse collections for artists such as Gustav Klimt and Claude Monet.
