Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it in the original condition within 30 days after receiving your order and get a full refund. No questions asked!

To start a return, send an email to support@artsywall.com for return address and instructions.

Please note that we do not provide prepaid labels and you are still responsible for Return Shipping charges.

There is no restocking fee for returns.

Damages and Shipment Issues 

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is damaged during shipment so we can make it right for you as soon as possible!

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
